I love drawing things. Beautiful, clean design makes my world spin.  I have been a design professional for over ten years and I launched JL Design in 2018 so that I could create cool things for awesome clients. I’ve created big websites for serious scientific projects. I’ve designed small icons for fun start-ups. I love making a meaningful impact on businesses and brands through thoughtful and strategic design.

 

I’m based in Squamish where I can escape from behind my screen to the wilds of the mountains whenever they call (and they often do!)

I have a weakness for granite crack climbing and Hazy IPA’s. I listen to music with loud guitars and shouty-women that make me want to go fast. I enjoy a self deprecating sense of humour and strongly believe that mint belongs in toothpaste not chocolate.
